What’s In a Name?

My wife and I have just visited one of our favorite restaurants in the area. We noticed a new item on the menu, the Mediterranean Sea Bass, which was highly recommended by our waiter. It was an outstanding dish we both agreed. When chatting with our waiter and commenting on his superb recommendation he said: “You know, when we had it on the menu as the Bronzini Fish, we could not sell any. So we’ve changed the name to the Mediterranean Sea Bass and we can’t keep enough in stock.”

Names make big difference.
