Chad’s various mentorship programs have numerous “graduates”—and many of those graduates have returned for additional mentoring. As a dedicated mentor, Chad offers total access to his expertise in business, Internet strategy, web presence and digital empire creation to transform the success of his clients’ businesses.

The frequency and style of mentorship is flexible: Clients may choose to call Chad on a regular basis, correspond via email, set up in-person meetings—or use a combination of all three styles. Chad is committed to returning all phone calls and written correspondence within 24 hours.
Chad works with his mentoring clients one-on-one, and also provides them the following:

Mentoring Options
Below are descriptions of the various mentorship programs offered by the Chad Barr Group:
Elite Mentor Program
The Elite Mentor Program provides six months of unlimited access to Chad by email, phone, Skype or Zoom. Chad helps his Elite mentees by guiding them strategically and tactically to achieve successful outcomes.
The program is designed for individuals who require a structured mentoring relationship with additional accountability for meeting their business goals.
The fee for this program is $9,000, an amount easily recouped through increased business and the charging of higher fees that result from mentoring by Chad. Admission to the Elite Mentor Program is limited, and a “first come, first served” waiting list goes into effect when there is no availability.
In this program, Chad collaborates with mentees to identify their highest priority issues, and creates a specific roadmap to address them. In addition to six months of unlimited access to Chad, the Elite Mentor Program also includes the following two proactive services:
- A detailed game plan to transform particular areas of the business, with specific completion dates for each step
- Formal, scheduled contact times with Chad to discuss accomplishments, setbacks, and any obstacles preventing short-term tasks from being completed
The Elite Mentor Program is recommended for those at any level of their career who need increased structure and success. The prime candidates for this program are individuals whose intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm may cause them to jump from task to task prior to completion, and who require more urgency in creating desired business results.
Platinum Mentor Program
The most comprehensive mentorship program offered by Chad is the Platinum Mentor Program. This program is perfect for professionals who want to kick-start their businesses with an exclusive, transformative mentorship process.
Participants in the Platinum Mentor Program begin by spending two days with Chad at his home or office, observing first-hand how he handles day-to-day business: interacting with clients, talking to prospects, facilitating office management, invoicing, dealing with interruptions, writing, etc. During this time, Chad also works closely with Platinum Program mentees to determine their business goals, and helps them create a powerful strategy to transform their business.
After this initial mentoring process, Total Platinum Program participants enter into a six-month mentorship program with Chad. The fee for this entire program is $12,500.
The fee for each mentorship program is required to begin the mentoring process, or to claim a spot on the waiting list. Fees may be paid in installments, but the mentoring process will not begin until payment is complete. All mentorship fees are non-refundable, without exception. However, clients may call a “freeze” on any mentorship program for up to two months at a time, at which point Chad will stop the clock until the mentee is ready to begin again.
