What key question should you ask yourself or your clients to raise the bar?

  1. What do I need to let go of, so I can do what I need to do?
  2. What was my most recent success and how can I replicate it?
  3. How can I increase what I most enjoy doing and decrease what I don’t?
  4. What does it look like for me to be the world’s best?
  5. What does think bigger mean to me?
  6. Where am I not challenging myself?
  7. Why am I at less than my full potential?
  8. Do I have the courage to do what it takes to be successful?

Best implemented growth ideas:

  1. Calling buyers and bankers
  2. Consistently reinventing and pushing ourselves to go to a higher level
  3. Track how many sales conversations we have
  4. Developing an acquisition pipeline
  5. Asking clients to give us a reference to a new client while using the opportunity to share with our client what we are currently doing
  6. Creating irresistible and dynamic communities
  7. Have a fierce commitment to take action and execute our ideas

Trends to watch for:

  1. Web sites created by artificial intelligence
  2. Developmental experiences without the need to travel
  3. Technology is impacting us faster than we can conceive
  4. Desire to humanize technology and have it work for us
  5. A quest to find out our meaning and purpose and the why
  6. Use of technology to accelerate speed and results
  7. Truth is revealed faster than ever before
  8. International move towards clean air, clean water and clean knowledge
  9. Growing disparity of wealth and poverty as it relates to the item above
  10. More intelligent and educated consumers than ever before
  11. A bigger sense and need of belonging to communities
  12. Internet presence impact on business reputation and strong brand
